Purpose: To focus on identifying the targets of T cells for auto immune diseases such as Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, and Celiac disease.

Through obtaining biologic samples from patients with autoimmune diseases the study sponsor wants to identify specific markers in the cells of our bodies that can be targeted by future treatments.

Overall Goal: To discover a collection of new peptide targets for tolerogenic therapy along with associated TCRs. The aim is to use this knowledge to develop diagnostics and therapeutics for early identification and treatment of patients with autoimmune diseases.
